Bowling and Racing Shirt prices include a Free Embroidered Name. Additional printing or embroidery on Bowling and Racing Shirts available, please just drop us an email with your high resolution or vectored art file or call us at (818) 988-2283 for a quote.

SHIPPING

We ship within the continental USA only.
We strive to complete and ship orders - with no embroidery - within 1 to 2 business days and with embroidered/decorated within 2-3 weeks.
As a result of backorders and/or individual shippers, there is no guarantee of delivery time. Although we make an effort to keep you updated on these issues via phone or e-mail.
If you need a guaranteed delivery time, please let us know by phone during business hours before ordering. If there is damage to your garment, please save the packaging the item came in (that caused the item to be in unacceptable condition) contact the shipping company directly. They would be the responsible party.
If you would like us to ship your order to a different address then the Confirmed address on the Paypal order form - please just e-mail us and we will be happy to route it there.
We do not ship to P.O. boxes. We may require a signature on deliveries.

RETURNS

All sales, on any items embroidered or customized, are final.
For exchanges of items not customized or embroidered - returning the item, in the same condition received, and a reshipping fee for the new item would be the responsibility of the buyer.
For returns - a 25% restocking fee will apply. Returning the item, in the same condition received, would be the responsibility of the buyer.

We accept major credit cards and bank transactions via Paypal. In order to provide the best security for our customers we ask that you PLEASE supply Paypal with a Confirmed Address (A Confirmed Address is one that would be the exact name and address that is on the credit card statement or on the bank account you are using).
Wizard does not accept orders with addresses Paypal deems as Unconfirmed . This is to safeguard that no unscrupulous people are attempting to use your card online - since we can't actually see you and your drivers license.
